Echo's is probably the best fine dining resturant in Knoxville. I've been there a dozen times and every meal has been perfect. The menu is thoughtfully created to balance and entertain ones palate. It is one of the few resturants where I feel that I have gotten my money's worth.
Best place to eat in Knoxville. The atmosphere and staff are awesome.
My husband and I tried Echo for the first time for our anniversary, and we were VERY pleased. Everything we ate was excellent, service was superb, and the prices are very reasonable for a "fancy" dinner. It was less than $100 for both of us. I had a 4 course and he had a 3 course dinner. Also, the portion sizes are great. Can't say enough good things about this place. We will def be back!
