I went in with an ingrown toenail and I was scared to death to get it removed with it being my very first toenail problem. They comforted me and explained everything they were going to do and during the process he explained everything he was doing as he was doing it. The whole process was very fast and pain free. I will say the only pain I had was during the numbing shots but that's obvious. The whole staff are very friendly and nice and understanding. After suffering from ingrown toenails for the past 30+ years, I am so glad to have found Dr. Eby. He thoroughly explained the procedure, at home care, and healing process. I can't praise Dr. Eby and his staff enough for finally being pain free.
Hands down the best!!! The entire procedure was painless and I felt at ease and comfortable, especially after the numbing process that I feared so much. My ingrown toe nail looked great in just one week and I didn't have to take medication for the pain. The staff is great, really answered my questions. Very satisfied and definitely recommend this office.
