Top notch service!! The whole staff is so compassionate and helpful. They treat my dogs like they are kids. I would highly recommend taking your animals here.
Tater Tot had an ear infection and got right in to see Dr. Johnson. When he was all done, Tater Tot paid him with lots of kisses. Great receptionist, staff, and doctors. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
The staff there is so wonderful so kind to my cat Duncan. He passed so peacefully.
My brother recommended this place and my doggy isn't well so I took her in. Thankfully I did, it turned out that she has Lyme disease. She is gonna be okay! On other hand I was one big worried mommy about Layla. The staff and doctor were inviting and super nice!! The doctor was great on explaining what is Lyme diesase, what kind of medicines she need to take, and treated Layla as her own! I think I found my own vet!
Dr. Johnson is wonderful, as is the entire office staff - most notably when my dog, Rebel, had double knee surgery there this past summer. Dr. Johnson received many worried dog mom calls and answered all my questions completely and prompty. The follow-up care that we received were above and beyond as well. Thanks to you guys Rebel and his knees are doing great!
Their personnel are very good with our pets and we enjoy our visits. I can't say enough good about our experience while we are at their facility! However, their refusal to call online pharmacies to complete online medicine orders makes going through them a hassle. I understand that they have a pharmacy which must compete against online vendors, but the price-point of their vet services is already higher than other regional vets....
I'm a first time kitten parent. My cat Bubbles has started vomiting and not eating so I got worried. I called ECAH and explained my concerns. They were so nice and squeezed us in this morning for a regular appointment (over a emergency visit which cost more). The vet was very nice and I can tell cared for the value of my little companion is to me. It wasn't that costly neither.
