My daughter recommended this clinic to us, and we would now not take our beloved dogs anywhere else. Such gifted, professional, loving and kind people -- and we are *very* picky about the health care of our pups. :-)
Dr. Gooden is wonderful with our very anxious dog :) We have to take him to the University of MN for things they are not able to do locally and she always calls to follow up to make sure everything went well with his visits there. We are so happy to have found her!
Dr. Craig Johnson is a great vet. Love him! My complaint is I feel they are taking way to many patients. Called today and cannot vet in for a week. It's Monday...i should not have to wait 7 days. This is simple to long so the time in care should be as relevant as the care provided.
A couple of years ago we brought our Scotty into ECAH for a strange cough. They took about 15 sec to say that it might be kennel cough, gave us some meds for it, and sent us on our way. 5 days later he dropped over dead. Come to find out he had tumors on his heart and lungs, but ECAH said that his heart and lungs sounded good. Now today a friend had their 2 year old dog kennelled there for a couple of days, came home sick, they had to fight to get him in, they drew his blood for testing, sent them home, and 2 hours later he ... read more
Brought my dog here for boarding over a drill weekend. First of all, got charged for 3 days even though he stayed two 24 hour periods. My parents picked him up in the 30 minute window sunday evening, and had to wait 20 minutes for the manager to come because they had an issue with 'aggressive' dogs. Dogs are kept in their own kennel which makes no sense to me why mine couldn't come home. They also sent him home without his blanket/food bin/treats I brought for him. Really friendly, professional, knowledgeable people, from the front desk people to the techs to the vets. I take both of my cats there for all things. We've been there like 5 times in the past few months for various reasons. Every single visit was quick and pleasant. Took very good care of my cats and were very polite to me. All around excellent service. Love going there.
