My dog, Journey, fell and injured her elbow late at night. I called the emergency doctor on call (Dr. Mather), who picked up immediately after one ring and was able to calm me down to help us make it through the night. The next morning as soon as the clinic opened I was able to get in on an emergency visit. Dr. Mather was more than wonderful and gentle with Journey. i called for emergency surgery last night. vet on was not able to help us with our surgery and was incredibly unhelpful. I would never recommend eau claire animal hospital
Do not I repeat do not bring your animals to this establishment. They have horrible customer service and very rude talking over the phone with them. Please people look for other and way way better animal hospitals then this one.
Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. No communication between employees. If you care about your animal dont go here.
