RecommendedThe office staff couldn't be more polite. The doctors take as much time as it takes to get to the root of the problem and know their meds.
Have taken my 7 year old dogs here since she was a puppy and now because they haven’t seen her in over a year they are going to charge me a 50$ “wellness check” fee for me to bring her in for a rabies shot. So ridiculous. I have a new second dog and they were going to charge me that fee to see them at the same time, you should give better rates to loyal customers especially when we bring you a new dog. well now I will be going to Osseo vet for vaccines and to get my new dog spayed and it is significantly cheaper.
We’ve gone to Eau Claire Animal Hospital for the last year for our dog. We recently had the worst 48 hour experience with our 1 1/2 year old dogs health. EC animal hospital was amazing about getting us in as soon as possible. Our dog is very timid and they worked their hardest to make sure our normal doctor was the one working with our dog. I just brought my puppy home from her spay surgery. I take all three of my dogs to Eau Claire Animal Hospital even though there are several clinics that are closer to home. Everyone there is very friendly and they treat my pets very well.
