Knee Surgery Our nine year old dog tore her knee ligament in January and needed surgery. We received a 'second opinion' from my favorite vet, Dr Jodi Bohl. She recommended to us that Dr Johnson perform the surgery. After a few 'rough' days dealing with her at home she started to feel better and is now doing just great! They cleaned her teeth, removed a skin tag, gave us a sample of pricey pain killers AND some pill putty all at no extra charge! We are very pleased with the service! Great vet! I brought my little dog who had bad seperation anxiety in to be neutered. It went fine and they let me take him home early. I opted for the pain pills after surgery and only gave him one because he showed on signs of having any pain. You wouldn't have even known he had surgery! I am going to bring my other little boy in soon to get fixed too! They did a great job!
ECAH Being new to the area, I was not set up with a vet, and when it became clear my cat needed to be seen, I desperately started calling vet clinics in the area. After being told by other clinics that they had no time, I was SO thankful for Eau Claire Animal Hospital when they actually took the time to ask me his symptoms, and told me to bring him in right away, that they would see him. Poor Work I wouldn't take another pet to be fixed here. I took my dog to be fixed and payed extra for the Lazar surgery and blood work. It cost me 400.00 for everything they then told me they didn't expect any problems and if there were any problems they would not charge me for them 3 days later the dogs stitches came undone I called the emergency service and race 30 minute away to have them redo it when my husband went to pick her up they charged us 200 additional dollars for the care.
