What a great hospital with employees who love their job. We were visiting from Chattanooga and my husband ended up in your ER to have his gallbladder removed within hours. Thanks for great care. Velvet and George Green. Also we both work in a Level 1 Trauma Center in TN and we were very impressed. Thanks again.

Took my daughter to ER on July 8 the there,. Such fast service, great staff ran numerous test to try and find what was causing her issue,. Dr wanted more test but unfortunately they did not have the staff available, which is understandable due to the size of the hospital. First and only E.R. Dept that made me feel like I was a paitent and not just a number. Definitely will continue to go there from on now.
I want to take the time to recognize Dr. Donna Brown. I went in 2011 for a strep throat and came out with a diagnosis of Graves disease of the thyroid, which when it came out, ended up being riddled with thyroid cancer, also I went in last night with a horrible jaw pain, she took the time to listen to me and we got it all figured out, now I'm feeling great. Shes a great doctor you have, thanks Dr Brown!

I thought all the people at the hospital with very nice to me. the people in the x-ray department was very very nice. I couldn’t ask for better people. One lady I can’t think of her name would come out and talk to me and my son and what was going on and what will happen etc. etc. I have a good experience there

I have literally been seen all over the world. And this is by far the worse hospital. Come in for a concussion and neck pain, mind you this is my 14th one, also have a Traumatic Brain Injury from the Army. CT scan done. Cleared. And got handed a little pain pill and was pushed out the door. Classy ER and to say I call this place home. Need to seriously reevaluate your doctors. I believe her name was DR Brown. I’m disgusted. Where else can I file a complaint?
