RecommendedI have never had a bad experience, I go there for routine Dr appointments, Emergencys and Specialty Clinics. Each and every one of the staff I've encountered has been wonderful.
when you enter an emergency room and the man behind the computer to sign you in is an angry mean rude jerk, it says one thing, they accept his horrible behavior and the rest of the staff could be right there with him with bad attitude like you are wrong doing by.coming here. I put my.emergency on hold due to a mean man named bill that works here. we walked right out after bill made it known we upset him by coming to his emergency room. ended up driving 30 mins away to sparrow where they are happy to assist.

Excellent care, competency, and service by all staff and physicians you come across. Truly a community based hospital doing great things for Eaton Rapids and the surrounding community. We are lucky to have such a gem in our town!
My mother was treated here just yesterday and she said it was the best possible experience you could imagine and she would give them 6 out of 5 stars! Thanks for taking care of my mom!

The medical care is okay to decent most of the staff are very humble but holy crap the billing department is a freaking nightmare!! No one is courteous at all and no matter what they arrange for a payment plan they will badger the hell out of you and they charge you now to bill your insurance � way to go Eaton Rapids keeping it classy �

I had a wonderful experience in the Eaton rapids emergency department. I live in Charlotte and chose to drive to Eaton rapids because of all the good things I have heard. As soon as I came in I was greeted. I sat less than 5 minutes and was helped immediately as I stepped into a room. Each and every person I met was kind and truly cared. I will continue to make the drive anytime I am in need of care because I had such a nice experience . Thank you !
