Took 9month old in with pain, cough, fever, etc. We were checked into Redi-care and did not leave for over 3 hours. Dr came in hour after being finally in a room and was very short and coy. This was the second time taking him there after just being off antibiotics for no more than 5 days. Gave him a different antibiotic said he had double ear infections now. One severe, but I felt like his suffering was no importance to them...Since we waited so long to be taken care of and it was just a short brief...Here take this antibiot... read more

Eaton Rapids Medical Center is amazing. My husband and I are Representatives with Collective Goods and recently did an event there selling books, toys, and electronics. Everyone was so helpful. They helped us unload our truck, held doors open, and gave us such praise. They made set up and take down so easy and they are so personal. I can't wait to go back in the fall.
I am a three times a year visitor to ERMC for kidney stones maybe twice if im lucky. I was kept overnight togo into surgery the next day and my service was great. The staff made absolute sure i was in no pain the time i was there. I am very pleased with staff there and always know i will be treated with care and respect without fear if prejudice or injustice thank you ERMC you have made my stays great. You are all amazing people ����

I've never felt so compelled to write a review, especially a negative one. I took my 3 year old child to the Urgent Care at 5pm due to shaking, extreme vomiting, nausea. I was sent home told it would take its course. Ok. No problem. 4 hours later I bring her into the emergency room. She's having extreme pain and discomfort. Only to NOT be believed. (Like a 3 year old fakes pain, esp the pain she's experiencing) I was extremely unhappy with the Dr working, his unprofessional approach, and I will be filing a formal complaint. ... read more
