RecommendedMy son was in a Wrestling Match at the High School last Wednesday Night some how during the Match he broke his hand and tore a tendon in his finger we stopped at the Urgent Care on our way home and was treated by the most wonderful staff in the world. They impressed me so much I have decided to transfer to their Family Practice. Great care and concern and helpful follow up. Thank you all so much.
they are very helpful and knowledgeable if you have non life threatening issues . I live in the town and have used them several times over the years for medical issues. They are quick to diagnose and treat any issues however you must be tranfered if complicated ussues.
I have been trying to get the billing dept and family practice to provide my insurance company with a medical diagnosis (I.e.COPD) for a lung scan I had in April and my insurance company keeps denying payment due to an invalid medical diagnosis. This is not that difficult!!!!
My hubby had the pleasure of visiting the emergency yesterday. About lost the of his thumb from bow hunting practice. Yes he knew better than to put up his thumb. Anyway Dr Brown I was so impressed watching her put a dozen stitches in including through both halves of nail. She and staff were absolutely wonderful, treated you with such caring an positive attitude. 👍👍
My husband recently had knee replacement surgery here. Every staff member we came in contact with was amazing. They’re so thoughtful beyond their medical/surgical expertise. Within a few minutes of walking in, we felt like family. From pre-registration through discharge our experience was a blessing. They’re all so friendly, warm, understanding and helpful. They never seem to tire of making your visit and stay comfortable and successful. I’m sure we’ll return. Eaton Rapids is a great little town too.
I recently had a minor surgery here and they were fantastic! The staff was caring and kind. The facility was clean. The Doctor took his time with me. Everyone was fantastic! i wasnt just treated as a pool patient, i was treated as a PERSON! Such great care. They even mailed me a get well card and did a follow up call to see how i was doing. Thank you so much, ERMC! i highly recommend!
They were very quick, clean and made sure to keep us updated every step of the way! Very impressed!
