I lived there about 9 years ago, absolutely the best apartments, however since they have been bought and new owners have taken over they have came in and are changing everything!! Raising rent for everyone almost immediately, adding fees, and making people sign leases.. I can understand this for new renters however why not wait until the beginning of the year or even a few months for the ones who are there now.. give them some time, a warning!!! This is very sad.
