management is personable and accomodating. maintenance issues are fixed within 24 hours. Apartment is great and my location is good. everyone is quiet and respectful of others.
Love this place! The community is friendly, pretty quiet except for kids, which is expected :). The place is clean and mowed every week. Office staff is friendly and helpful. Would recommend but move quick, this place is popular and people don’t like to move out because it’s so nice. They have community event several times a month, bible study, and breakfast drive-thrus.
Eastway Court Apts are awesome! We have been here almost a year now and we are excited to renew our lease. Friendly staff that is happy to help you feel at home. The apartments have been updated, and the amenities are really nice. The staff are happy to help if you have any issues... and what we like the most is that we can pay our rent via smart phone app... I was going to move in & put a deposit of 200$ .Since I had some family issues I didn’t end up moving in on the date set! The company will not give me my deposit back& they say I forfeit it because I didn’t move in within 72 hrs of approval??!!! Really?? !! This is ridiculous.. if you are thinking bout moving in this place you might think twice bout it!!
We moved in about 2 weeks ago. everyone went over and beyond to help us settle in. very professional staff and maintenance is awsome helped out getting the small quirks fixed in our new home. No major problems at all. Friendly neighbors and close to almost anything you need shopping wise.
A great place for good neighbors, great office staff and close to everything. Wish I had moved out here much sooner.
