Sunday I had a flat on 95 in Brunswick. I was kinda freaked out. Was just me and my husband and he had just had ankle surgery and couldn't do anything. Called my roadside service and they sent out Eastside Recovery. The guy was super nice. He arrived within 20 minutes of me calling and had me back on the road in less than 45 minutes from the orgianl call. I was 5 hours from home and 36 minutes from my destination. These people are amazing! We were trying to get back home to Florida and after a horrible experience with a different shop screwing us over, Stephen towed us to his shop and took amazing care of us! Can I give Eastside Recovery 10 stars? Our car broke down on Rte 95 and Ford Roadside Assistance called Eastside. A short while later, John pulled up to tow our car to the dealer in Darien, fitting two of us and our lab into his cab. When the dealer couldn't look at our car at that time, we knew we had to find a hotel for the night. John told us to hop back into his truck, drove us to a hotel and went in to make sure we could get a room.
