Awesome service. We had a blowout in the interstate on our way home to Savannah. Service was prompt and driver was very friendly. Cleanest tow truck ever!! Would definitely recommend this company to everyone.
Driving from RI to FL... had issues with the BMW.. BMW sent Eastside Recovery and we are very pleased... Dustin Shiver was our driver and went above and beyond and made sure we were all set with everything before just leaving us...he was patient with a very frustrated group.. would recommend to anyone in this area

Yesterday the water pump went out on my Dodge Nitro on highway 95 in Brunswick. I called my roadside assistance and John from Eastside Recovery was there in less than 30 minutes. He not only handled my vehicle with care, he drove me back to Folkston during a really bad thunderstorm, both my vehicle and I arrived safe and sound. John was very professional and kind to me. I will recommend this towing service to everyone. Thanks again John for your help and stay safe out there on those roads.
10 stars doesn't express how we feel this morning. Last night we nearly lost a wheel on I95. Mike from Eastside Recovery was called by our roadside assistance. He expertly managed to get our car on the wrecker and delivered it for service this morning. Can't say enough about his skills experience and professionalism.
On New Year's Day they responded to my insurance company's road assistance call within an hour to help me with a tire that blew out on my vehicle while headed to Florida. The assistance was handled professional and the lost of travel time was minimal for a Sunday on a holiday. Thanks guys.
