Charles came and picked me and my son up today. He was awesome. I was 3 hours away from home and broke down. He got to me quickly and got me where I needed to be quickly. So grateful for him helping me through this anxious time. This is the first time I have ever broken down on the side of the road and it was VERY stressful for someone with severe anxiety and being alone with a child with autism. Thank you, Charles! You are the absolute BEST!

I hydroplaned and totalled my car the other night, I was driving from Florida to South Carolina. The drivers from Eastside Towing were so kind and helpful. Charles went above and beyond to make sure I was ok, he took me to a hotel, made sure they had a vacancy, made sure I had photos for insurance purposes. When I went to empty out my car the next day, Travis helped me carry all my stuff. Thank you to this company, they made me feel better and safe amid all the chaos.

Our insurance arranged for Eastside Recovery to come out when our car broke down and it wasn't 5 minutes before I received a call from Andy Abell to confirm everything. We arranged to meet at the car and he was there exactly when he said (less than 10 min from our conversation) and when he arrived he was very polite, knowledgeable, patient and even funny.
