Anthony is the type of tower I was happy to rely on! He was courteous, polite, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure my fiancee and I were safe and comfortable. I wish I could've paid him extra but hopefully this comment will get to the person that can!
Had a tire blow out on my commute home from Jacksonville tonight. Husband shows up to change it only to find my lights had killed the battery also. Andy came to our rescue with a jumpstart & super quick tire change. He showed up exactly when he told us when he called to let us know he was on the way & was very professional & courteous! Highly recommend their service if you’re unfortunate enough to need them!
Jon at Eastside Recovery did a fine job loading my Morris Minor onto his flatbed. His care and attention to detail were exemplary. I will request his services should there be a next time.
Jon from Eastside Recovery rescued my family when our car broke down on a Sunday in the 99 degree heat on the side of I-95. He helped move my two babies to his air conditioned cab and without being asked offered to take us 20 minutes out of the way to pick up a rental car. Unfortunately, the engine was done. Nick and the office manager were very helpful and helped us coordinate a donation to Cars Helping Veterans. Excellent service from a very compassionate group of people!

Best experience ever! Was planning to tow my mom's car to the local shop,,,JT got it started and we drove it to get a new battery...What a blessing he is and I loved watching him interact with my 91 year old mom!
I had one of your drivers come out to my house (Saint Marys) today for a tow. Based on the sounds being made when I turned the key of my vehicle I was sure it was the starter. Your driver said he thought it was a battery with low voltage. He brought out a charger from his truck and the vehicle started up! He could have easily taken the vehicle to the dealer like I originally planned and taken the fee. It is refreshing to see a business deal with their customers in an honest and upfront way. Kudos to Eastside!
13 March 2018 and 27 March 2018, I broke down on I-95 just south of Brunswick. East-side Towing came to the rescue in record time. Both drivers were top notch guys! Both guys called me within 5 minutes of getting the dispatch and said they were on their way. In the past I've had to wait hours for towing service. Not with this company, they were there in a flash. Unbelievable. I believe Walker and Robbie should get a raise! Thank you very much for the red carpet treatment...!
