RecommendedHad a boat wheel axle go out on Jekyll Causeway. Called one tow company that I knew and they said they had nothing to haul it to call another they recommended. Called the second and they said they had nothing to carry it with and that I need to call the first one I called. Well I was aggravated by then but remembered Eastside. I needed to dispatch Emergency Roadside Assistance because of a flat tire in the middle of the night. Andy with Eastside Recovery was my guy! He was awesome! He got there sooner than expected and was super efficiently at changing my tire! Thank you! Give that guy a raise :)
I am so thankful for Andy today. He was a life saver. He was very polite and kind and didn't have me stranded side the road for hours. You can tell he loves what he does and does it well. He got me and my car to my location in a considerable time. We need more towers like him! Eastside Towing and Recovery you have an awesome guy on your team. He's definitely a keeper.
Great Service! My parents vehicle broke down, and was towed back to their place. Andy was awesome! He even showed my parents that it was their battery cable that caused their car to quit working. I quickly ran over because my vehicle brakes completely went out, and asked if he could tow my vehicle to the shop. He took the time to contact his dispatcher to let them know what was going on. I appreciate Andy's help and the company for assisting not only my parents, but myself! Thank you again!!

Ryan was amazing today. He arrived in a timely manner. took time to talk to me about what was going on and made sure I had a ride and wouldnt be stranded. Exceptional customer service.
