They just waste your time and money here! I suggest you find someone else to handle your legal troubles! I have been patiently waiting for them to handle my expungement since February of this year (2021) and whenever I call in to get a status update they just tell me that they're still working on it. Like what are you triple checking at this point?! And I hate how much I have to reach out to them everytime instead of them calling me to inform me about my case. I paid 1250 to have my record expunged Feb 2018. They have accomplished one case satisfactory, but haven't completed the second case in Santa Clara California. My first paralegal "Megan" said the prosecutor would not respond. The next time I call I have a new and completely different paralegal. She sends me "Congratulations " your shit is complete. Contacted them to ask about getting my record expunged. Within a short time they have explained my options and taken my case. I made payments over a period of time and gave them all the info needed over email along with answering questions they had which was very EASY. Covid hit and things shut down. When my county opened back up they immediately filed and got the process underway. Within in sometime my case was completed and recorded expunged. I hired this firm a month ago to remove a misdemeanor from my record. I have left multiple messages and voicemails and still have not received a response back. There hasn’t been an answer on the phone from one single person in about 2 weeks. It seems like the only movement they make is to get a payment. Sounds like a scam. Look elsewhere

Im pretty much in the same situation as everyone else, I filed last year right before Covid got serious and was told it will take a couple months??????its been almost 2 yrs and I havent spoken to my attorney yet...I did get an email, maybe a month ago plus someone did call me but after I provided what was needed I cant speak to no one and that email nobody respond back to that either...I'm lost at this point I'm feeling like I shouldve went to a local attorney.

I hired Eastman Meyer pc back in June of2020. When I hired them I told them that time was of the essence. Due to the fact that in November of 2019 I was told by my VA doctors that I only had three years to live. And the reason I wanted to wipe my record was I wanted to teach my grandsons about gun safety and take them hunting. My grandfather taught me and I wanted to teach them.
