I give wipe records $2,200.00 and they told me they could get my guy right case to court, and then 2 years later they tell me i only have a felony 5 and its not violence or drugs so they cant handle my case, so then they said there going to refund me, well that never happened its been a year and they wont return my calls and have not sent the refund! Its a scam stay away!!
I paid them 10 months ago and it's been on beginning draft petition for 9 months and just tried to call and the recording states( I see you called after normal business hours) . Mind it's 2:44pm in Ohio on 2/9/23 so this would be a normal monday through Friday 8 to 4 business hours. This is not good business ethics. Take thousands of dollars from people and then drag their feet getting the job done. This should have all been done within a few months.
I searched for an attorney to expunge my criminal record mostly to restore my voting rights and my gun rights. I viewed their video ad which claimed to clear my record in 4-6 months. I completed all the requirements without fail . It has been 15 months and no results, despite my attempts to contact the attorneys with phone calls , and voicemails I still have no results. It seems I paid nearly **** dollars for nothing.
If I could I would rate WipeRecord a zero! It's been almost two years since I started the process with WipeRecord and it has been the most unprofessional shady experience I've ever had! I paid the $1100 they asked of me and gave them everything they asked of me in a timely manner! I want to say thank u for taking care of my case. I know it was hard dealing with this Pandemic but I want to say thank u for all you're hard work helping me get my record taken care of.
Trying to get information on my husbands case but no one will answer the phone. Supposedly it has be completed by the courts but nothing is changing on background checks. Cannot get anyone to answer the phone or respond to emails.

These guys kick some butt! I guess this is a complainer site only because these guys were just on it man. I read some of the trash talk and just dont get it. This took 3 court dates and a lot of work but we got my gun right back, **** sure! I knew this would take a while and got buckled up for a long ride. Took a year or so start to finish, but booom! Got what I wanted and cant take that away again!!

Definitely use anybody else I have been calling and calling this has got to be a scam I do not believe that this is a real company anybody giving more then a one star has got to be part of the scam every time I call I have a different paralegal that just started my case and they will be filing next week its been same response for going on 2 years I asked for my money back and they say they have to have someone else call them no call back I call months later same thing there filing next week and everyone that knows anything i... read more
