There should be ZERO STAR BUTTON like many reviewers I'm victim to this scam law office very unprofessional for weeks and months I been trying get hold of someone all they did lie only spoke three people within two years to get help but had no problem taking my $1,550. I was FORCED to pick one star, Id rather leave ZERO but it is what it is. Terrible customer service. Ive been a little laxed with following up but this has been a two year + endeavor on my part and paid in FULL to the tune of 700 or more. I started using this company in ********************************************************************************** try to call the home office or any of the lawers et, it is some application error. Or their phones are completley cut off. They are not responding to calls or emails so i would have to say this business has taken from me with out doing anything at all. I have also called the court house and they said no cases were even filed for expungement. So for me and others how are we reciving our money back???????
Definitely a scam. I paid over **** for misdemeanor offenses and they blocked my emails after that. Fake business for sure. Go to recordgone. It worked for my brother. I almost referred a lot of people to wipe record. Thank goodness I found out that they're fake
An absolute scam. I paid them $2,000 in 2021. I have still yet to get anything for my money. Its now completely impossible to get anyone on the phone, but back on the rare occasions that you could it always seemed like they were doing something to help but then nothing would happen and then they would stop answering. I was also told my case was transferred to a different person about 4 times. It had been nothing but a huge frustration and complete waste of money.
I sent this company ***** almost a yr ago have not gotten anywhere with them except they have my fingerprints and have given 2 wrong mailings addreses and I've recieved my letters back ******** the para legal claims their legit but I have come to believe this company is a true SCAM I just want what services I've paid for or my money back plus it would nice to recieve benefits for the stress of all this they have taken away from me in belief they would get my past exolundged for me but I'm gonna look into taking actions again... read more
Paid $3000 back in 11/01/22 and now we are in 1/16/24 nothing yet took money no one answers or calls back . They farmed out my case to a ******** lawyer and he won't answer place is a joke and needs to pay everyone they took money from back .
I was ghosted by my lawyer in January of last year. I have not received any updates. Any response from my emails or phone calls. I dont understand why they are behaving this way with me. They are paid in full. I have been completely compliant with them on my end. I just dont know what else to do. All I want is an update on my case. I started this process 2 years ago.
