This company took my money over a year ago but has yet to lift a finger on a simple expungement. Their customer login has been down for a few months so there is no way to access the schedule for an update. I have called their office 16 times this month without a single return call. I have emailed at least 5 times without a single return e-mail. WipeRecord is a division of this law firm and I have been getting the run-around since 2016 This is beyond amazing how messed up this outfit is. Worst so called lawyers Ive ever dealt with. I had paid ****** in full and sent my records over the lawyer calls back and said what your asking for is already done years ago by reading a code on my record and said he will refund my money. I would have left 0 stars, but I add to add a star to the post. The company should be avoided at all costs! In August of 2018, I found this company online to have a felony conviction expunged. Initially, the communication was great. I have the fee for services and completed the background check immediately. Scam! If I could leave less than one star I would! My husband and I wanted to get our records cleaned and decided to use these people in Sept of 2021. It is now April 2023.. When we started the process with them they said it would take about 6 months. We paid them $2250, $750 for my husband and mine was $1500. I hired this Law firm 2 years ago and I am still haven't gotten my Record Expunged and it's a 12 year old case, it should be easy. I have gone through 3 Paralegals for help with this case and the 4th isn't getting this done. I would never recommend them for any legal work. It's a junk firm.**************
