Back in 2017 injad used *********** Services and was able to make payments. They completed the job pretty fast *** had sent me my copy of the paperwork. I've now gotten a guard card as you can't obtain with any felonies. I'm impressed they have suddenly went away *** have several complaints. How does one succeful company suddenly go down hill?
Been retained since 2020.Paid in full. I have had 3 correspondence with someone that sounded like a used car salesman. The customer login portal hasnt worked in over a year. I have left voicemails. Wrote emails. No reaponse. Im not sure what to do at this point. I am not happy with this alleged firm. And demand action. Not just for me, but for the other hundreds of complaints i am reading about. Wipe record should be wiped out and dibarred. And their clients reimbursed.
Guess they stop replying after you pay and give them the information they are requesting. I had been getting a response when I started the process about 3 years ago and even paid in full back then! Now their phones don't work, email doesn't work, can ever book an appointment now. This paw firm should be ashamed of themselves and be disbarred!
Paid in full 9 months ago. Nothing was filed with the court and now all their websites are shut down. Would give them negative stars if possible. Wonder how much money they really scammed people out of.
Do not use this company complete rip off. Hired them over 3 years ago had 3 different case mgrs.sent in fingerprints at least 3 times with notarized paperwork. They will string you along with complete lies. I've even had former employees text me and say this company is a joke they need to be reported asap.i still have the text messages. Have all my emails. If you wanna waste two thousand dollars them by all means hire them.
They said the process may take up to one year after youre all paid off.i said ok.Once paid off they gave me what seemed to be ************** in the case.Ive sent sensitive documents to this firm.They said it would be a zoom hearing,then they said it wouldnt be.A *** of talking at first and not any action..Then they went ghost..I feel violated knowing now that its really a scam.We were in touch until they were paid off.Then months of no contact.Id call an get no answer or a voicemail.They returned my call once maybe and the n... read more
This company is a scam. I reached out to the to get my records expunged and for the first couple of months they were communicating but as soon as I paid the last $1600 they stop responding and answering emails now when I call the phone just disconnects. SCAM
I started my process with wiperecord 10/22 with a deposit ****** dollars then 11/22 ****** dollar payments. things went well with procedure and paperwork to move forward as Time went on I had to push wiperecord to continue with phone calls and emails I had to constantly do my own follow-up as time went on. 1yr and 2 month then the bottom dropped out wiperecords phones disconnected and no email access ??
I wish I didn't even have to leave one star... But I paid $1100 to have a charge from ****************************************************************************************************** which then they told me they were moving forward with it and filing it with the court.They also asked if I wanted to pay another $200 to have it expedited so the process would move faster.
