I lived at Eastgate Woods for 18 years in many different apartments and feel it is the best value in the market.
Staff is very friendly and usually very helpful except when there is a health hazard like a water pipe leaking in the apartment above you. Then it is ok for maintenance to be lazy and let a resident live with mold growing on your bathroom ceiling for a month and expecting you to be ok with only a $100 credit.
Well, I had to take my son to the hospital twice because of mold in my apartment that the owners of Eastgate Woods knew about and still made me pay for rent for the while4month I was there. I decided to move out after they only knocked $100.00 off for the mold in my apartment. It rooms them 2 months to get it out. It still came back and they evicted me because I did not pay rent. I have all kinds of pictures of the mold too. Long story short!
Great clean place.. Maintenance is great... People friendly...
My wife and I have been residents of Eastgate Woods for over 16 years. Although we have had issues and problems in the past, we are over-all very pleased with the service we have received. The maintenance staff has been prompt and courteous with all of our requests. The office staff is very friendly. We have appliances that were failing and needed replacing and they have given us brand new appliances. We got to use the beautiful clubhouse for some recent pictures. I am very disappointed by the way everything was handled by this company. I had several issues example some broke in my apartment and tried to attack me thank goodness I fought him off however this is alarming because maintenance had just "fixed" the window he came through. I would love to say Eastgate Woods was more than supportive but unfortunately not so much. I moved here with great hopes for me and my daughter 4 at the time. I have lived in Eastgate Woods for years and have forgotten how long. My apartment is lovely. Maintenance is prompt and efficient. The office staff is gracious. The grounds are beautifully cared for by real pros. What is there not to like. This is home to me. Soooooooo content here.
