RecommendedI have only lived here a month and absolutely love living here! 5/5 stars. The staff are delightful and friendly. I was impressed by the maintenance staff member named David Simmons . He was a diligent worker, friendly, and genuinely seemed like he cared about my maintenance issue. I can't say enough good things about Eastgate Woods!
I love my apartment. Wonderful residents and wonderful staff.The maintenance staff is great and are always in my home within 24 hours of entering a service request. I am very happy to stay hare and also recommend to others.
prices don't reflect what apartment is worth. my kids can't play in the yard because it's so full of dog crap.
Staff are always helpful and polite. My maintenance man repaired a couple things the day after I submitted my request and fixed my dripping faucet even though I forgot to ask about it. So nice !
I'm quite found of my apartment and it's location. The rent is resonable, and my building is full of wonderful neighbors. The grounds are always well kept and the maintenance men are very diligent, as well as friendly. My favorite part about living in Eastgate Woods has got to be one of your staff members by the name of Devan Kemp. She is awesome! She is very accommodating, knowledgeable, bubbly, easy to talk to, and very professional. She's a joy to be in touch with :)
