RecommendedHighly recommend, great place to live and great staff
Well let’s see where should I start 🤔, my wife and I found bed bugs in the apartment. We are a clean and bed bug free couple soon to find out that they were infested with them next door and there was never a notice. My wife paid the last rent with a money order and it was stolen along with other residents money orders and that isn’t our fault but they act like it is. So they put an eviction notice by our door that said we have to leave in 3 days but we paid!!!! They wanted us to pay $800 buy out fee which they are never get... read more
I wouldn't tell anyone to move here. The manager is a liar and extremely rude. I lived there 2 years and they didnt take care of anything on time, if at all. Maintenance was the only good thing about the place but things still didnt get done properly the first time. I was told by the manager my deposit would cover my carpet damage completely IF I stayed for 2 years so I did and now they are trying to charge me over a hundred dollars extra after already taking my deposit.
Eastgate Woods is a wonderful place to live! This was my first apartment and we are coming up on two years. The people in the office are always so friendly when you visit and maintenance always fixes things in a timely manner. The community in the fall is absolutely gorgeous when the trees change color! You can’t find another place to live for the price and everything that Eastgate Woods has to offer!
