When I first moved into Eastgate Woods, I had a few complaints about the maintenance crew and how they responded to our issues. Whenever I spoke to the office with a complaint however, they were quick to apologize and assure me that my issues wouldn't happen again. Just moved in this week. First off, the apartment looks awesome. 2nd, I lost my wallet last night and one of the maintenance guys named Chris found it and gave it to the office. They called me first thing this morning to let me know they had it. I don't have much, but everything was there. Thanks to Chris and the rest of the staff, Merry Christmas.
This company ripped me and my roommate off. They are money hungry and deceitful.
I love it here and we just moved here not too long ago. I honestly sleep better here than I did at my parents and I have no clue why lol. The people in the office are very nice, they explain things to you very well. 5 STARS!!!
I moved in mid April and have been incredibly happy since my original walk thru!! The office staff have been absolutely professional. The maintance staff are professional and courteous. The apartments are clean, quiet, I have a killer wood line view and I feel safe and secure. I am so amazingly happy and recommend Eastgate Woods to anyone and everyone!!!!
