They are so incredibly helpful, competent, and friendly! I would recommend them to anyone!
I rent a 1B1B apartment at Beargrounds. It is pretty neat so far. But the rent is keeping raising, and I hope the fitness room can be cooler in summer and better renovated.
The apartments are nice and so are the staff. Would rent again.

My husband and I have lived in this complex for two months, and to be honest, at the beginning I had major concerns. I discovered that the leasing office was incredibly understaffed and our move-in was stressful because facilities was behind on cleaning and prepping the units for new residents. There are workers upgrading and cleaning apartments at 11:53 in the freaking evening. Barring extreme maintenance emergency, this is unacceptable.
The Eastgate apartments formerly known as The Oaks is a terrible place to live. The maintenance is absolutely awful in fixing things. I have been without AC for going on a week now. Also the laundry mat equipment is terrible. Over half of the dryers don't get hot when drying your clothes. Therefore you waste money on the machines. The management doesn't care to fix this problem because they don't use the facilities. Also there is a roach infestation.
