Recommendedi just moved in on saturday and i havent had any concerns i love the peace and quiet of the building. the neighboorhood is very safe and the staff is amazing

I wanted to live alone, but many one bedroom apartments near Baylor were out of my price range. Eastgate made living alone possible by being super affordable. I love how close it is to campus, so I can walk to class. They are pet friendly which is great because I have a dog. The amenities are also super amazing for the price of rent! Great gym, pool, etc. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.
DONT LIVE HERE. Worst experience of my life. I had a neighbor who played their music with the bass all the way up, all hours of the day. It knocked pictures off my wall and nothing was done despite my multiple complaints. I got charged for ridiculous things upon move out even though when I moved in it was GROSS. Save yourself the trouble.
