Eastgate has been my home away from home. Providing me with ample amounts of coffee and free food to get me through some rough days of school. They have had amazing resident service, when it comes to repairs. Doing an amazing job of following up after the repairs but also having a friendly staff that is always willing to help give answers to my questions. #liveateastgate
I have enjoyed living at Eastgate. It is close to campus, affordable, and no loud neighbors. I would recommend it to folks.
During finals week they provided a variety of food options for their residents. This is was so nice of them to do for their residents! They also had a resident appreciation week that was fun to participate in! On top of that for the month of November they did food trick Friday’s! All of the staff members I have interacted with have been friendly!
- [ ] Eastgate is a safe place to live. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They explain things in a way that one can understand. Response to maintenance requests is fast. I like that we have the biggest gym in Waco! I enjoy the Groceries Bingo nights too! I wouldn’t hesitate to tell others about the Eastgate Apartments.
I've leased here going on 2 years and it's been great. Really excited with all the renovations and updates going on! It's quiet, clean, safe, and affordable. I haven't had many issues, but any maintenance requests I have put in has been meet with urgency and accuracy. Appliances and overall quality is good, with no major issues. Great staff and neighbors too.
Staff members are very friendly, yes, but not actually helpful. The whole office seems to be run by one girl, every other staff member doesn't know anything when you ask them a question. They switched our apartment unit the day of move in and said it was because someone else's apartment flooded and they had to take ours for some reason....There are a lot of things wrong there... Eastgate is very nice and quiet, and a very nice pool and club house and a mini gym, and a nice area for pets,
Such a wonderful apartment for grad students. I have the cutest two bedroom, it's so quiet and super close to campus. Definitely recommend!
