The staff here are so so so helpful with everything! I love our new place ❤
The staff here was so friendly and helpful! I had a wonderful time here learning about different leasing opportunities. The apartments are recently renovated and they look so great! I can't wait to move in, and I'm super excited about the pricing I was able to get here and was so shocked at how incredibly affordable it is! I would highly recommend!
Maintenance takes forever to respond. I had a toilet that had water constantly running, it took them three days to actually come and fix it. I have yet to have my dishwasher fixed and it reeks. I was never informed at the time of signing my lease nor was it in the contract that I needed to pay my utilities through SimpleBills. If I hadn't called and asked them about it, I would not have known. The units are not renovated at all, all they did was paint over the moldy and deteriorated cabinets.
