Can't keep doctor's, my kids were split between this location and Nashville's and 3 doctors have left since we started care. Rocky Mount is a medical desert! I'm filing a complaint with UNC!
I went to the hwy 97 location for about 8 years until I moved and never had a problem. The doctors changed several times but I had the same nurses and front office personnel and they were great! Angela, who takes blood for blood work, is an angel! I like the small town atmosphere. The office is in a shopping center next to food lion.
They do NOT care, they're just there. I had been waiting for a referral to go to the OBGYN after having a baby. And every time I call this office, the person on the other end of the line doesn't even attempt to help me. The last time I called someone named Felicia acted as if she couldn't hear me when I asked about the referral and told me she would have someone from the referral department call me back. Worse place to go. Wish the doctors actually cared for their patients and try to help out.
