Available 24 hours. Attentive to our needs and answered all questions. They made sure we understood the plan of care for our pup before we left with her. These techs and docs are knowledgeable and professional. We are so glad they were here for Mel when she needed care today!
Vet bill was 3 times higher then what they said it would be.No explanation given to us.No intregity.They aren't honest here.Go to another vet.
Brought my 16-year-old cat in after I mistakenly gave her the dog's medicine instead of her own. Dr. Keller was very professional, and explained everything in detail. She stayed overnight, and got exceptional care. The receptionist and nurses encouraged my calls to check on her and were very kind. This is the second pet I have brought here for emergency care. Both times, I can't say enough positive things about the care my pets received. Thank you!
I brought my 14yr old Chihuahua, Danny, in to be seen. We had found out last night he was in advanced kidney failure at his normal vet. He declined over the night and today I brought him in. Can't remember the doctors name that took care of my baby today but he was amazing with my boy and was patient with myself and family. My ferret Sleepy was old and sick. They helped me put him to sleep and cremate him, and they sent me a card. I really appreciate the fact that they cared enough to do that. It seems like everything is going wrong so I'm really grateful.
Waited 5 hours and watched several dogs come and go.....even the staff was leaving before my dog was seen.
Brought a lactating momma in . Said it was heat stroke . Wanted 2,400 to take care of her. Had to pay before would help her , was told if couldn't pay they would keep comfortable but recommended euthanized. Was more worried about money. Found out after weekend all she needed was calcium shot . She had milk fever........ Ended up paying 825.00 very disappointed in doctor was more fake than real
One of the greatest clinics I've heard of. When I took my dog, Kodah, there to be checked out when he was sick they made sure they did everything they could to get me answers before I left. They Also figured out an improvement plan for his symptoms with me. All around just wonderful place.!
