Quick, knowledgeable and patient staff. They had to deliver us some bad news about our dear dog, but it was done with kindness and professionalism. They offered us options and supported our choices. Our pet stayed over night for monitoring and she left us with a smile for her adventure - the pit bull smile! I felt like a mom dropping her kindergartner off for the first time! The staff is so very kind. They have helped us endure some of life's most difficult times. They are also experts in diagnosis and treatment. The superior treatment of our little cat allowed us to have her with us in comfort for two years after a worrisome diagnosis.

My family and I have had multiple encounters with EIVSC and every time we've been there we were treated very well. First time was in 2010, our 10 week old puppy had parvo. We were told that if we would have waited even an hour longer to take him in, he would not have survived. Thanks to EIVSC that 10 week old pup is now a 6 year old pain in the butt. We brought our sick kitty in today since our regular vet was booked solid. We got right in! Everyone was so nice and helpful! Our kitty is almost back to normal and I'd be happy to recommend this clinic to anyone in an emergency. :)
