This was my first time using this service for my fur baby and the staff was compassionate and personal. They kept me updated with the treatment and status of my cat, encouraged me to call and/or visit as much as I needed to and were so very patient as tough decisions were being made.

Way over priced and wrong information causing surgery that wasn't needed.
I took my German Shepherd Dog there yesterday. Although the outcome was sad and a tragic shock... I was comforted knowing that he was immediately taken care of by very kind technicians and veterinarians. Thorough diagnostics were completed and everything was explained to me so that I could make an informed decision. They were very respectful, thoughtful, and compassionate during the whole process and Lakota's euthanasia. I very highly recommend them.
Our dog was injured and wouldn't walk on his front leg. He usually gets extreme anxiety when being examined. The techs and the Veternarian eased into his exam and made him feel safe. He had to be sedated to get X-rays but I was extremely happy with the care he got. Happy my daughter picked this place, and they picked her for her Vet tech internship.
Very friendly and very helpful! I took a stray dog in.
