Note: This clinic was purchased by Blue Pearl in 2019 and the founding vet, Evelyn Orenbuch, retired May 1 2020 - so reviews prior to those dates describe a very different practice from what this clinic is today. I am one of the first customers of this clinic, having started here the first week they opened and bringing three dogs in. We came in to have our dog seen for a bite that occurred from another family dog. Upon arrival we were told it would be a few hours and that they would call us. Flash forward 2 hours we called to obtain any sort of update and all they could tell us was that the vitals of our dog were check and she was doing ok. Flash forward another 2 hours no update. We called and were notified our dog was second in line. Another hour passes we call and our dog still has not been seen by a vet. Now we are on hour 5 and they are telling us i... read more
