For the most part I had a great experience renting with east west. Any issues that we experienced were resolved in a timely manner. Snow removal in the parking lot isn’t the greatest, however I understand it’s difficult to plow when people are currently parked there. I will definitely rent from this company again if I find myself needing a rental.
I really enjoyed renting from this company until yesterday. All day sitting at home and our heat was going down. We called during office hours for maintenance to come fix our furnace due to it not working. And we’re told they were closed. It got to 49 in our house while it being -30 outside and a draft coming in our windows to make matters worse. We were freezing and having to force our 2 year old to stay under blankets so he wouldn’t get sick. We had to have use our oven to put out some heat in our house to make it a little... read more
