East West has been so helpful in finding an apartment, coming from 4 hours away we didn't know much about the area. Frank was very professional while showing us the properties and super quick at responding to any needs or questions that came up. Highly recommend this property management company!
Ethical. I'm a complainer. If I don't like something about the complex or tenant care of the property, I complain. Upon moving from the complex to home ownership, we receive 100% of our deposit + interest. No revenge. The management team was friendly and we miss them: Shirley, Bob, Jerry. Thank you EW.
