When we complained about mold found in our apartment, after we just moved in there, East West did not take us seriously. They gaslighted us by suggesting a dehumidifier, which they said they shouldn't even have to provide us, is enough. They ignored our multiple calls and emails. 5 stars Frank Rush has been absolutely amazing as a property manager. Dealing with issues immediately, as well as being overwhelmingly understanding in every situation that arises. His patience during changes we have gone through, and attempting to get someone to move in, (who ended up not wanting to), has been astounding. Couldn't ask for better in this area. Truly inspiring when anyone I talk to talks about there bad property management, I tell them to switch to Eastwest, and tell them about Frank.

Angela Murphy had been the best property manager I have worked with so far! She has made the transition from moving in and out seamless and transparent. She has always answered any questions I've in a timely manner with a welcoming, kind attitude! She has truly been a joy to work with, especially during the challenging times we are all experiencing right now. Angela is the best!

I would not recommend this company to anyone. From the moment they took over my building I had nothing but problems. trying to get things done or get ahold of someone always ridiculous. then they decided to sell my building, I was notified about a week before In an email. (I actually am happy this happed.) Not to mention when my stuff was stolen from my storage unit (at there fault) It was fight for a month in a half, until I had to say I was going to call the BBB before they finally paid me. Everything needs improvement. Especially their fake "want to help you" attitude. I've provided photos on my Google Review, along with a fuller description of my experience having them as our rental management. The neglect is strong with these ones. You won't get maintenance help for months because there's always an excuse, and they mishandled a portion of our deposit. Very professional. Not. This company took over our lease mid-year and gave us nothing but hardships. Apart from the several issues we experienced having maintenance workers coming through our apartment and leaving doors unlocked and open to the world, they are STILL holding our deposit check a month and a half after moving out and are claiming that they never received a copy of our lease from the old company and are charging us for having "unauthorized animals" on the premises.
