Every couple months my diamond falls out. I've replaced it 3 times in 1 year. I don't know how I've owned other rings for years and this never happens. I also am meticulous about this ring, barely wear it,never wear it working out,cleaning, sleeping or showering and still it falls out. Everytime I have to pay to replace it, at this point I think it's the craftsmanship and the warranty is useless. Very upset.

I have been following East West Gem Co. on Instagram for years and I knew I wanted a ring from them. Unfortunately, I do not live close to any of their offices, so I did a Virtual showing with Wendoline. She was very thorough and answer all my questions. She put my hesitations at ease and made sure the process was easy. I’m excited for my custom ring!
