I was calling around several months ago to get prices on getting rid of my ants. Karen was so sweet, professional, and explained everything in detail. I always enjoying talking with her when she calls to schedule my appointment. The pest control tech is also very professional and on time. I have referred them to several family members.

I called several weeks ago with fleas. Was not really sure how to handle them. I had put off several bombs in my house with no reduction in fleas. The tech came out on Thursday and I have not seen another flea. Thank you Karen for your explanation of your process. I am more than happy! Bob

Horrible experience with there secretary, my mother tried to reschedule due to a family emergency and she tried to force her to keep the scheduled time, and it was a family emergency, she didnt care and even went as far as to threaten her with with there so called contract and force her to pay by using her debit card with no permission. Onsite exterminator is very professional and courteous, however was afraid of bees, which i can relate to but? They are great calling for scheduling service but it is on their timeframe not the homeowners. The scheduler /(Karen) accounts payable is a recent disappointment. During the Covid early summer we stated we did not want entrance into our home due to potential of spreading of a virus. Wasn't an issue and nothing else was communicated from Karen. I love East volunteer Pest Control they're so courteous they call when your appointment is needed to be scheduled and then they come no matter if it's what the heat is and they do what is needed I said I need someone for all the spiders especially and wasp and then they do the regular stuff also it's just so great if you can't stand and bunch of bugs all over the place we sure to call them thank you
