I loved how friendly all the staff were to my little boy during his procedure, especially Jeff in the radiology department. I'm so happy that a Children's Hospital is so close by to our home. We always have a good experience at East Tennessee Children's Hospital!

The staff on the 4th floor A was so amazingly kind and helpful. They eased our concerns and explained everything step by step. Carol the RN was so sweet and caring. I will definitely choose ETCH for all our emergency needs!

My youngest has been diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. We came Monday just for an Outpatient clinic. We'd just found out yesterday. He was admitted. He was so dehydrated. All the staff has been excellent. They do their job well. In the ER, the PICU, & the 2nd floor. They treated my son & i very well. So accommodating. Love them all.

The doctor has a great bedside manner. There was a nurse that I believe her name was Brittney, amazing....absolutely amazing. She was so kind and even offered to help when my son was panicing and she was just walking by. Before our visit was over she has been moved to triage, on our way out she saw us walking by and checked on him and even was paying close attention to his sling, the placement, and educated on the best way for him to wear it.
