I am one that is terrified of dentist. However Dr. Syed was one of the best I have ever seen. He was very calm and patient, gental and funny. Staff was friendly and they we're quick to get me in.
I was hesitant to go here because of some of the previous reviews, but they take my insurance so I kind of had to. Those reviews seem dated, though. There are two new doctors there, so the receptionist told me it's a completely different practice now. Megan was my hygienist, and I saw Dr. S for my exam. I was pretty anxious, but he is hilarious and so likeable and he did a great job at making me feel comfortable. they OVER GUESSTIMATED what my insurance would pay by over $500!! so imagine my surprise when I got my bill after making payment for 3 months and all insurance had been paid and my bill was still $500 more than the agreed price for a root canal! I called them to discuss the situation, and they said not their fault, it was just a guesstimate! they don't tell you that when they are trying to sell you a root canal as opposed to tooth being pulled!!
My 4year old son, husband and I all just had our first visit here and I also had to bring my 6week baby with me. The staff helped soooo much! They entertained my 4 year old while my husband and I were getting a cleaning not to mention rocked my 6 week old in her car seat to keep her asleep! My baby woke up crying and the dentist immediately stopped and asked if I needed to get her out of her car seat so I did & I got her back to sleep and held her the rest of the time they worked on my teeth!
