.Our insurance changed last year and they were in network so we thought we would try.BIG MISTAKE! Overpriced and work my wife had done 6 months ago is having to be redone.Maxed out our insurance after being told how great our insurance was.Major $$$ out of pocket after telling them we wanted to be told everything up front.Talking to attorney now about getting out of pocket refund.STAY AWAY!!! Girls at desk were friendly but billing and dental work were extortion.!!!

The doctor's office is a completely unorganized mess no one should have a scheduled appointment months out then be asked to wait 45 minutes in the waiting room and then another additional 30 because things are running behind. Especially when there's three secretaries at the front desk that could call people and warn them of the delay offer to reschedule before they waste their time coming there or periodically give updates to the mass of people sitting in their waiting room. My first appointment, didn't have to wait an hour in the lobby to see the hygienist, she was very gentle.(Megan). Dr. Patel said I didn't need a new cap on my lower tooth and to my surprise they would be able to repair my lower partial. I was told by another office this could not be done, had to be replaced for $Thousand. Great experience so far.

Got a coupon for $59.99 for cleaning,exam,and x-rays..sounds great right? Well the exam and ex-rays part went well,however when it came to my cleaning Megan did a little scraping and polish and sent me on my way..When i got home and opened my mouth and looked at the back of my bottom teeth in the mirror they looked exactly the same as when I went in,very disappointed in the cleaning and will be sure to spread the word around about how the cleaning goes here
*Update* (Aug. 18, 2016) I recently went in for different procedures to be done and did even get the most important procedure done because they couldn't get numb?? With the procedure they did get done I now have to see a different dentist because I now cannot floss between my teeth!! I am so dissapointded in my recent visit and obviously will not return. The girls up front are absolutely wonderful to work with! Dr. Webb is extremely friendly and does his best to keep you pain free!
