RecommendedEveryone there are so nice and informative. I just don’t understand how they do their billing. I paid a large amount of money to them and don’t know how it was applied because I didn’t get an itemized statement where and how it was applied
I switched dentists after experiencing on two occasions terrible service! I have been twice this year to Family Dental and have nothing bad to say, which speaks volumes because I have needed a lot of speciality dental work done. The staff here, including dentists, are very caring and always make time for me with my hectic work schedule. I greatly appreciate this company and will be a regular patient.

I was nervous taking my 5 year old to the dentist. We had to switch dentists because of our insurance. The front desk was very nice- patient, polite and kind. When Megan took my daughter back she made small talk, really got to know her. In the room, she explained everything to my daughter and made her super comfortable. The Dentist was also very nice- patient focused and connected with my daughter. they provided great care and TRULY CARE!!!!! we love family dental care of east Peoria!

I absolutely hate going to the dentist, but everyone there makes you feel comfortable from the time you walk in until the time you leave. Renee was very kind & her personality stood out to me. :) I had a filling and was in & out in 45 minutes!
