The hygienist made a large mistake. when the office manager was informed she replied that the girl was a nice person and no one else complained.
Part of Heartland Dental, Google it. The appearance looks good, but the receptionist, and desk help is lazy, lies, and will be rude. When I first started going there 5 years ago, I did appreciate them. Chip for a dentist was good, and Alex very helpful. 3 dentist later, each wanting to rid the dental work you paid $1000.00 for, and rude desk help, makes it the worst. I can understand why Heartland lost a major Federal Lawsuit.
They got me in fixed my broken tooth same day and within about 2 hours.... no pain and the tooth look great
I am frightened of the dentist to the extreme. They got me in really fast and have done more on my dental work in the last 2 months than I got going to Aspen Dental (TERRIBLE PLACE). This place has the friendliest staff and are very gentle and explanatory! I have found my dentist I believe! Thank you Dr. Clinton for the great work!
