I'm reviewing for my MOM who's not on facebook. She called from Coloma, Michigan tonight asking me to find you on fb and give you 10-stars. (I'm in Atlanta, GA). Anyways, MOM says "Best pizza ever! Highly recommend it! Just as good as <one particular classic pizza place> that used to be in the area years ago." She was yelling, she was so excited. -Michael

Terrible service today at the Ashland East of Chicago. Buffet was missing pizza, plates, bowls and silverware nearly the entire time we were there. Waited 15 minutes for drinks... Never once we were asked for refills. Waited another 20 minutes for a check that never came. Paid at the register after waiting in line an additional 15 minutes.
Pathetic that you removed a post where you responded poorly to bad customer service! I already sent a screen capture to corporate.
The local East of Chicago here in Wellington Ohio has a pretty good promotional deal for the factories here in town. But the saying goes you get what you pay for! I ordered a 12" spicy steak sub and when received I thought they had the slogan Wendy's use to use "WHERE'S THE BEEF!" I had more tomato on the sub then I did the steak. VERY disappointed in the order I received. When I called to complain the lady said "Well did you look under the lettuce?" I Love love love there pizza!!! But there customer service was awful linda was a complete bag and acted like she was helping me out by sending them to my new address bc she sent them my old one!! On top of that my food was cold!!! Management is awful I'd say Marcos is gonna get more business!!
Apparently they are closed on Easter...unfortunately their on line ordering system didn't know this, they charged us but of course nothing came! Thank you for ruining our Easter.
