No, the one star rating is not for Dr. Burgan, he gets 10 stars. His two ladies who work in the back, also gets 10 stars. The one star rating is for the office manager and the girl who works the front desk. Yes, I owe a bill. A bill that I pay on every time I come to the office. Yes, it would have been paid, if the female specimen who sits at the front desk had not talked to me as if I were subhuman or less than. I love all the staff at East Brainerd Center. Dr. Burgan recently did surgery on my right foot. He is just so personable and you feel that he really cares about his patients. His staff are all very nice and will really make you feel at ease in the office. You can’t go wrong going to this practice if you need a podiatrist.

I went into East Brainerd Podiatry to have my right foot checked out. I'm experiencing pain from the ball of my right foot when I'm standing or walking and it radiates up my right leg. The doctor looked at it and said all I need is some insoles and apply foot cream to the affected area. So after paying my $100 copay plus another $150 for insoles and foot cream my problem still exists to this day. They scheduled a follow up visit a few weeks later and told me I'd still be responsible for another $100 copay even though what he... read more

Dr Bergan and his staff are great. He performed my foot surgery over 2yrs ago with excellent results. I still see him regularly. I highly recommend him if your looking for a Podiatrist.
