No, the one star rating is not for Dr. Burgan, he gets 10 stars. His two ladies who work in the back, also gets 10 stars. The one star rating is for the office manager and the girl who works the front desk. Yes, I owe a bill. A bill that I pay on every time I come to the office. Yes, it would have been paid, if the female specimen who sits at the front desk had not talked to me as if I were subhuman or less than. I love all the staff at East Brainerd Center. Dr. Burgan recently did surgery on my right foot. He is just so personable and you feel that he really cares about his patients. His staff are all very nice and will really make you feel at ease in the office. You can’t go wrong going to this practice if you need a podiatrist.
