We love it here! We practically live on our deck which overlooks Little Creek on one side and Bay Point Marina on the other. I have had a few things break in the two years we have lived here, but maintenance has been in to fix it almost immediately after I call. The staff in the office is very friendly and works hard to make sure the residents here are happy. They provide several parties a year where everyone is invited. Had luke warm water for two years! All I hear is it is on a work order. View is nice. Apts has some upgrades. Convenience is good. Parking SUX.

We love our apartment! We moved in last week and have really enjoyed exploring our new neighborhood. The community is beautiful and the finishes are top of the line! The Management Team is AMAZING! Always friendly and willing to help. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
