There is nothing luxury about this apartment complex. The website promises the best customer service and living experience unlike any other and that has not been my experience. No timely communication with management, constant issues with flies from trash, constant overflowing trash, sound that travels easily through walls/ceilings, lower quality appliances. RecommendedI been at East beach almost 2 Years, And I love it!! love my balcony view , the neighborhood, very peaceful and safe. The girls at the office are great! Liz has the BEST customer service! makes you always feel welcome. I will be SAD to be moving out of East beach! 😪

My husband Scott & I (Debbie)Tomiko have only been here a little over a week, still trying to get things together. But WE LOVE IT HERE!!!! OM Goodness, so far the other residents have been welcoming and the office staff is amazing too!
